Hi! I’m an NSF Graduate Research Fellow and ARCS Scholar at the University of Washington, pursuing a PhD in Astronomy. My research interests lie at the intersection of galaxy formation and cosmology, using both near-field cosmology and strong gravitational lensing to observationally map galaxies’ dark matter halos. With Prof. Željko Ivezić, I am modeling Milky Way kinematics using DESI DR1 stellar radial velocities.
I received my B.S. in Astrophysics from Yale University in 2025. During my undergraduate degree, I researched anisotropic satellite galaxy quenching in cosmological simulations and measured galaxy group masses and memberships with Prof. Risa Wechsler (Stanford), and identified four thousand new strong gravitational lens candidates in DESI spectroscopy with Dr. David Schlegel (Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory).
Outside of astronomy, I swim and figure skate, and love reading and exploring nature.
